Shipping Policies:
- Shipping within Canada only.
- All orders are sent through Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service, fully insured and with a tracking number.
- Shipping is free within Canada for orders $150+ (excluding taxes).
- Shipping for orders less than $150 is $15 within BC and $20 for other provinces and territories.
- Curbside pick-up is available for local orders placed online - see our home page for current pick-up times.
Returns:
- Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Please contact us before returning any orders.
- Warranty claims are generally handled by the manufacturer. If you have questions regarding warranty coverage for a product you purchased through Warmland, don't hesitate to contact us.
